Üldtingimused

Matkaauto rentimiseks esitab rentnik kehtiva juhiloa ning isikut tõendava dokumendi (ID kaart või pass). Matkabussi rentimiseks peab rentnik olema vähemalt 21-aastane ning omama vähemalt 2-aastast B-kategooria juhistaaži. Kui soovite sõidukit rentida ettevõtte nimele, siis peab lepingu allkirjastama juhatuse liige või selleks volitatud isik, esitades rendifirmale vastavasisulise ning sobiva volikirja koos volituse kehtivust tõendavate dokumentidega (volikiri, garantiikiri, äriregistri B-kaardi koopia). Samuti kuulub sellisel juhul lisaks rendilepingule allkirjastamisele käendusleping, millega sõiduki kasutaja tagab ettevõtte võetud kohustusi.

Rentnikule antakse sõiduk üle tangitud paakidega (Diisel, AdBlue), puhastatud ning tehniliselt korras matkaauto. Sõidukit vastu võttes soovitame Teil see hoolikalt üle vaadata ning fikseerida sõidukit vastu võttes avastatud vigastused ning puudujäägid (sh kriimustused, puuduv või katkine varustus jms), vastasel juhul võite jääda vastutavaks vigastuste/puuduste eest, mis olid sõidukil juba enne Teie kasutusse andmist. Rendileandja ei vastuta otseselt ega kaudselt kahjude eest, mis võivad Rentnikule tuleneda matkaauto tehnilisest rikkest ning kui seoses eelnevaga reis katkeb või viibib.

Matkaauto tagastatakse rendileandjale täidetud kütusepaagiga, samuti on täidetud kütuselisandi AdBlue paak. Matkaauto tagastamisel mitte täis kütusepaagiga arvestatakse renditasule juurde tasu puuduoleva kütuse iga liitri eest vastavalt Neste Oil AS kehtivale hinnakirjale ning tasu tankimise eest 40 EUR ning iga puuduoleva kütuselisandi (Ad Blue) liitri eest 4 EUR. Rendileandjal on õigus antud summad kinni pidada tagatisrahast. Valesti tangitud kütusest tekitatud kahju korvab rentnik.

Broneerimine, tagatisraha ning tasumine

Matkaauto broneerimistasu on 30% rendiperioodi kogumaksumusest, minimaalselt 300 EUR. Broneerimise kinnitamiseks loetakse broneerimistasu laekumist Nutirent OÜ arveldusarvele ning see tuleb tasuda hiljemalt 3 päeva jooksul alates rendileandjalt kirjaliku kinnituse või vastavasisulise arve saamist broneeringu kinnituse kohta. Kõrghooajal broneerimisel (perioodil 01.06. kuni 31.08.), tehes broneeringu vähem kui 30 päeva enne rendiperioodi algust tasub rentnik broneerimisel broneerimistasu 50% rendihinnast. Soovi korral võib tasuda ettemaksuna 100% ehk kogu rendimaksumuse. Läbisõidu piirang on 500km rendipäeva kohta. Seda ületades võidakse küsida lisatasu 0.30 eurot kilomeetri kohta.

Rentnikule kinnitatud broneeringutele võib teha muudatusi alates reserveeringu tegemise kuupäevast kuni 90 päeva enne kokkulepitud rendiperioodi algust ning seda vaid juhul, kui rendileandjal on võimalik pakkuda alternatiivseid võimalusi ja alternatiivne broneering vastab kogusummalt esialgsele. Broneerimistasu ei tagastata, vaid see arvestatakse renditasu sisse. Broneeringu kliendipoolsel tühistamisel vastutab klient broneerimistasu ulatuses ning broneerimistasu ei tagastata.

Matkaauto rentnik maksab lepingu nõuete täitmise tagatisraha 1000 EUR, mis lepingu lõpetamisel ning kaebuste puudumise korral korral rentnikule tagastatakse.

Ülejäänud renditasu ning tagatisraha tasutakse enne rendiperioodi algust vastavalt rendilepingus kokkulepitud tähtaegadel. Lõplik arveldamine toimub pärast sõiduki tagastamist rendileandjale. Renditasu on võimalik tasuda nii pangaülekandega kui sularahas.

Rendihind sisaldab õlide, hoolduse, kohustusliku liikluskindlustuse ja täiskasko kindlustuse maksumust. Rendihind ei sisalda autokütuse ja adblue maksumust.

Kindlustused, vastutus kolmandate isikute ees

Matkabusside rendi hinnad sisaldavad kaskokindlustust (avarii, vandalism) rentniku omavastutusega 1000 EUR ja varguskindlustust rentniku omavastutusega 15% sõiduki maksumusest. Sõidukite rehvid ja veljed ei ole kindlustatud ning nii rehvide kui ka velgede osas kannab rentnik täielikku materiaalset vastutust. Matkabussi ärandamise või varguse korral on rentnik kohustatud esitama auto võtmed ja sõiduki registreerimistunnistuse. Ärandamine või vargus peab olema rentniku poolt registreeritud varguse või ärandamise toimumiskoha järgses politseijaoskonnas. Liiklusõnnetuse korral on rentnik kohustatud teatama sellest kindlasti politseisse ja võtma kirjaliku tõendi õnnetuse toimumise kohta koos asjaolude selgitamisega kindlustuse jaoks. Kohe tuleb ühendust võtta ka rendifirmaga. Rendikahjude menetlustasu on 50 EUR

Kõik rentniku ja/või matkasuvila kasutajate poolt rendiperioodi jooksul põhjustatud nõuded kolmandatelt isikutelt (näiteks liikluseeskirjade rikkumised, parkimistrahvid, viivistasu otsused, auto teisaldamised jms) kuuluvad rentniku ja/või auto kasutajate poolt täielikule hüvitamisele ka tagantjärgi. Liiklustrahvide menetlustasu on 10 EUR.

Sõiduki üleandmine ja tagastamine, rendiperiood

Rendiperiood algab kokku lepitud rendi esimesel rendipäeval, matkaauto antakse kliendile üle kokkulepitud ajavahemikus ideaalis 14:00-17:00 (kliendiga lepitakse kokku individuaalne üleandmise aeg) ning lõppeb rendiperioodi lõpp-päeval ideaalis hiljemalt kell 11:00, kui poolte vahel ei ole kokkulepitud teisiti. Sõiduk tuleb tagastada Lepingus kokkulepitud märgitud ajal ja kohas ning samas seisus, millisena Sõiduk Rentnikule üle anti. Rendileping loetakse lõpetatuks kui Sõiduk on tagastatud või kui Rentnik on saanud kinnituse Sõiduki tagastamise kohta, eelnevalt Lepingus kokkulepitud märgitud paigas. Sõiduki üleandmisel ja tagastamisel kirjutavad Pooled alla sõiduki üleandmise ja tagastamise aktile. Rendileandjal on peale Sõiduki tagastamist õigus mõistliku perioodi jooksul pöörduda pretensiooniga Rentniku poole, kui sõiduki kasutamisel on sellele tekitatud varjatud puudusi, mida tagastamisel pole võimalik sõiduki esmasel visuaalsel ülevaatusel avastada.

Juhul kui Rentnik on ilma Rendileandjaga sõlmitud sellekohase kokkuleppeta hilinenud Sõiduki tagastamisega Rendileandjale, kohaldatakse hilinemise trahv vastavalt hilinetud ajamäärale: 15 min kuni 1 tund – 45 EUR; 1-2 tundi – 100 EUR; üle 2 tunni – kahekordne rendipäeva tasu iga Rendiperioodi ületanud päeva eest.

Matkaauto tagastatakse Rentniku poolt Rendileandjale siseruumid hoolikalt puhastatuna, reoveepaak ning WC-kassett tühjendatuna sarnaselt sellele, milline auto oli rendile võtmise hetkel. Juhul, kui sõiduk tagastatakse koristamata ning see ei ole eelnevalt Rentniku ja Rendileandja vahel kokku lepitud, on Rendileandjal õigus nõuda leppetrahvi. Ettetellimisel on matkaauto siseruumide koristuse hind 100 EUR. Reoveepaakide ning WC-kasseti tühjendamise ja puhastamise hind on 40 EUR.

Autos ei tohi ilma eelneva kokkuleppeta vedada lemmikloomi. Matkaautos suitsetamine on rangelt keelatud. Nõude rikkumise korral on Rendileandjal õigus nõuda leppetrahvi 300 EUR. Kõik ülalnimetatud summad on Rendileandjal õigus kinni pidada tagatisrahast.

Autoelamu tagastamisel kuulub välipesu sõiduki rendihinna sisse ning selle teostab Rendileandja omal kulul.

Sõiduki tagastamisel teostavad auto ülevaatuse Rendileandja ja Rentnik koos. Vead, mida ei olnud rendile andmise hetkel ja mida ei saa lugeda normaalseks kulumiseks korvab Rentnik.

Autoelamu rendi minimaalne periood on kolm ööpäeva. Kõrghooajal (16.06.-20.08. ja koolivaheaegadel) on minimaalne rendiperiood 6 päeva.

Sõiduki rentnikule üleandmine või rentnikupoolne tagastamine väljaspool tavapärast tööaega, pühapäeviti või riiklikel pühadel on võimalik vaid eelneval kokkuleppel ning sel juhul lisandub renditasule 50 EUR (tasumine kohapeal sularahas).

Varustus

Talveperioodil on matkaautod varustatud talverehvidega. Kõik meie autoelamud on varustatud GPS-seadmetega, mis võimaldavad Rendileandjal jälgida sõiduki sihtotstarbelist kasutamist. Vastavalt poolte kokkuleppele annab Rendileandja Rentniku kasutusse lisavarustuse, millise täpne nimekiri on fikseeritud rendilepingus.

Lepingu kehtivus

Iga allakirjutatud leping on siduv – ka juhul, kui Rentnik ei ole seda läbi lugenud või sellest aru saanud. Soovitame alati enne lepingu allkirjastamist tingimused täpselt läbi lugeda ning vajadusel täpsustada. Hilisemaid pretensioone ei rahuldata või lahendatakse kohtus.

Sõitmine Eestist väljapoole

Klient ei tohi renditud matkaautoga sõita väljapoole Euroopa Liitu (v.a. Norra, Šveits, Lichtenstein, Andorra). Vastav soov kooskõlastada kirjalikult rendifirmaga enne rendiperioodi algust vähemalt 14 päeva.

General Terms and Conditions

To rent a campervan, the renter must present a valid driver's license and an identification document (ID card or passport). To rent a camper van, the renter must be at least 21 years old and have held a category B driver's license for at least 2 years. If you wish to rent the vehicle in the name of a company, the contract must be signed by a member of the management board or a person authorized to do so, presenting the rental company with an appropriate and suitable power of attorney along with documents confirming the validity of the authorization (power of attorney, letter of guarantee, copy of the B-card from the Commercial Register). In such a case, in addition to signing the rental agreement, a guarantee agreement must also be signed, by which the vehicle's user secures the obligations undertaken by the company.

The renter is handed over the vehicle with full tanks (Diesel, AdBlue), cleaned and in technically sound condition. When receiving the vehicle, we recommend that you inspect it carefully and record any damage and deficiencies discovered upon receipt (including scratches, missing or broken equipment, etc.); otherwise you may remain liable for damage/deficiencies that existed on the vehicle before it was handed over to you. The lessor is not directly or indirectly liable for damages that may arise for the renter due to a technical breakdown of the campervan, or if the trip is interrupted or delayed as a result thereof.

The campervan must be returned to the lessor with a full fuel tank, and the AdBlue additive tank must likewise be full. If the campervan is returned without a full fuel tank, a charge will be added to the rental fee for each missing liter of fuel according to the current price list of Neste Oil AS, plus a refueling fee of 40 EUR, and 4 EUR for each missing liter of AdBlue additive. The lessor has the right to withhold these amounts from the security deposit. Damage caused by incorrect refueling shall be compensated by the renter.

Booking, Security Deposit and Payment

The campervan booking fee is 30% of the total rental period cost, with a minimum of 300 EUR. A booking is considered confirmed once the booking fee has been received in Nutirent OÜ's bank account, and it must be paid within 3 days of receiving written confirmation from the lessor or a corresponding invoice confirming the booking. When booking during the high season (from June 1 to August 31), if the booking is made less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the renter must pay a booking fee of 50% of the rental price at the time of booking. If desired, the renter may pay 100% of the total rental amount in advance. The mileage limit is 500 km per rental day. Exceeding this may incur an additional fee of 0.30 euros per kilometer.

Changes may be made to confirmed bookings from the date the reservation was made up until 90 days before the agreed start of the rental period, and only if the lessor is able to offer alternative options and the alternative booking corresponds in total amount to the original one. The booking fee is non-refundable, but is credited toward the rental fee. If the client cancels the booking, the client is liable up to the amount of the booking fee, and the booking fee will not be refunded.

The campervan renter pays a security deposit of 1000 EUR to guarantee fulfillment of the contract's requirements, which is refunded to the renter upon termination of the contract, provided there are no complaints.

The remaining rental fee and security deposit are paid before the start of the rental period according to the deadlines agreed in the rental agreement. Final settlement takes place after the vehicle is returned to the lessor. The rental fee may be paid either by bank transfer or in cash.

The rental price includes the cost of oil, maintenance, mandatory traffic insurance, and full collision (comprehensive) insurance. The rental price does not include the cost of fuel and AdBlue.

Insurance, Liability Toward Third Parties

The camper van rental prices include collision insurance (accident, vandalism) with a deductible of 1000 EUR for the renter, and theft insurance with a deductible of 15% of the vehicle's value for the renter. The vehicles' tires and rims are not insured, and the renter bears full material liability for both tires and rims. In the event of hijacking or theft of the camper van, the renter is obliged to submit the car keys and the vehicle's registration certificate. Hijacking or theft must be reported by the renter to the police station in the jurisdiction where the theft or hijacking occurred. In the event of a traffic accident, the renter is required to notify the police and obtain a written certificate regarding the circumstances of the accident for insurance purposes. The rental company must also be contacted immediately. The processing fee for rental damage claims is 50 EUR.

All claims from third parties caused by the renter and/or users of the camper during the rental period (for example, traffic violations, parking fines, late payment penalty decisions, vehicle towing, etc.) are to be fully compensated by the renter and/or vehicle users, even retroactively. The processing fee for traffic fines is 10 EUR.

Handover and Return of the Vehicle, Rental Period

The rental period begins on the agreed first rental day; the campervan is handed over to the client during an agreed time period, ideally between 14:00–17:00 (an individual handover time is agreed with the client), and ends on the last day of the rental period, ideally no later than 11:00, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. The vehicle must be returned at the time and place specified in the agreement, and in the same condition in which it was handed over to the renter. The rental agreement is considered terminated once the vehicle has been returned, or once the renter has received confirmation of the vehicle's return, at the location previously specified in the agreement. Upon handover and return of the vehicle, the parties sign a vehicle handover and return report. After the vehicle is returned, the lessor has the right, within a reasonable period, to make a claim against the renter if hidden defects were caused to the vehicle during use that could not be detected during the initial visual inspection at the time of return.

If, without a corresponding agreement with the lessor, the renter is late in returning the vehicle to the lessor, a late fee will be applied according to the length of the delay: 15 minutes to 1 hour – 45 EUR; 1–2 hours – 100 EUR; more than 2 hours – double the daily rental rate for each day the rental period is exceeded.

The campervan must be returned by the renter to the lessor with the interior carefully cleaned, and with the wastewater tank and WC cassette emptied, in a condition similar to that in which the vehicle was at the start of the rental. If the vehicle is returned uncleaned and this has not been previously agreed between the renter and the lessor, the lessor has the right to charge a contractual penalty. Interior cleaning of the campervan, if pre-ordered, costs 100 EUR. Emptying and cleaning the wastewater tanks and WC cassette costs 40 EUR.

Pets may not be transported in the vehicle without prior agreement. Smoking in the campervan is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this requirement, the lessor has the right to charge a contractual penalty of 300 EUR. The lessor has the right to withhold all of the above amounts from the security deposit.

Exterior washing is included in the vehicle's rental price upon return and is carried out by the lessor at its own expense.

Upon return of the vehicle, the lessor and the renter jointly carry out an inspection of the vehicle. Defects that were not present at the time the vehicle was handed over, and that cannot be considered normal wear and tear, shall be compensated by the renter.

The minimum rental period for the camper is three days. During the high season (June 16 – August 20, and during school holidays), the minimum rental period is 6 days.

Handover of the vehicle to the renter or its return by the renter outside of normal business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays is only possible by prior agreement, and in such case an additional fee of 50 EUR will be added to the rental price (payable on-site in cash).

Equipment

During the winter period, the campervans are equipped with winter tires. All of our campers are equipped with GPS devices, which allow the lessor to monitor the intended use of the vehicle. According to agreement between the parties, the lessor provides the renter with additional equipment, the exact list of which is specified in the rental agreement.

Validity of the Agreement

Every signed contract is binding — even if the renter has not read it or has not understood it. We always recommend reading the terms carefully before signing the contract, and clarifying anything as needed. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted, or will be resolved in court.

Driving Outside of Estonia

The client may not drive the rented campervan outside of the European Union (except Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Andorra). Any such wish must be coordinated in writing with the rental company at least 14 days before the start of the rental period.
